In 2008, I began directing the Human Resources department, merging my passion for mentoring, my experience managing successful programs and my dedication to organizational success. Beyond Inwood House, I am an adjunct professor at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College, teaching the social work practice lab with an anti-oppression focus. A member of the National Association of Social Workers, Healthy Teen Network, and SHRM, I have had the honor of being awarded for my community work and dedication.
